Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: April 10, 2026

By using this website or booking a service with Desert Sliding Door Repair, you agree to the following terms. These terms help ensure a clear understanding of our services and responsibilities.

1. Services Provided

Desert Sliding Door Repair offers sliding door repair, replacement, and maintenance services throughout Phoenix and Maricopa County. Our services include work on rollers, tracks, locks, glass, and full sliding door systems. All services are subject to availability and site conditions.

2. Estimate & Pricing

We provide free estimates based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary depending on the condition of the door, required parts, and labor involved. We explain all costs before beginning any work, and no service is performed without your approval.

3. Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to provide accurate service details and ensure safe access to the work area at the scheduled time. Delays may occur if access is restricted or unsafe conditions are present. Same-day and emergency services are offered when available.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept multiple payment methods, including cash, credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and checks. Failure to complete payment may result in additional charges or refusal of future service.

5. Warranty & Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to deliver lasting repairs. Warranty coverage depends on the type of service and parts used. It does not apply to normal wear, misuse, or damage that occurs after the service is completed. Any warranty details will be explained during the service.

6. Property Conditions and Limitations

Sliding door systems may have hidden issues that are not visible during initial inspection. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural problems, previous improper installations, or concealed damage. If additional issues are discovered, we will inform you before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

Desert Sliding Door Repair is not responsible for indirect damages, delays caused by unavailable parts, or issues outside our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing a safe working environment, removing obstacles near the door, and securing pets or personal items. Clear access allows us to complete the job safely and efficiently.

9. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible. Missed appointments may affect future scheduling availability.
