Meet the Team Behind Desert Sliding Door Repair

Behind every repair is a team that knows Phoenix homes inside and out. Our technicians bring years of hands-on experience with sliding doors, tracks, and rollers, and they treat every home the way they’d want theirs treated with care, honesty and attention to detail.

Phoenix’s Go-To Team for Sliding Door Repair

At Desert Sliding Door Repair, we believe great service starts with great people. As a trusted sliding door repair company serving Phoenix and beyond, every technician who steps onto your property is trained, experienced, and held to the same standard our owners set on day one: do the job right, treat the homeowner with respect, and never leave until the work is done on the first call.

Our Founders

Losha Nazaroc — Co-Founder & Operations Lead

Losha brings a hands-on approach to every aspect of the business, from managing day-to-day operations to ensuring each repair meets the company’s quality standard. With a background rooted in customer service and field work, Losha understands what Phoenix homeowners need: fast response, clear communication, and repairs that actually last.

“We built this company to be the kind of service we’d want for our own home — honest, skilled, and on time.”

Yair Evgi — Co-Founder & Technical Lead

Yair is the technical backbone of Desert Sliding Door Repair. His deep expertise in sliding door systems from rollers and tracks to glass panels and locking mechanisms ensures that every job is diagnosed with precision and fixed right the first time. Yair’s commitment to using quality parts and proven techniques is what backs the company’s 2-year workmanship guarantee.

“I’ve seen what shortcuts look like six months later. We don’t do shortcuts.”
